Comeback?
Mississippi Governor Haley Barbour has a little advice for the Republican voters, it’s a mistake to write off Rick Perry.
“I think people make the mistake of writing off Rick Perry and believe he can’t come back. He’s got a mountain to get over, but I don’t think it’s impossible. Both Newt and Romney have a lot of support, but I don’t think it’s a two-man race. I think Perry could get back in it with Gingrich and Romney.”
Rick Perry is definitely not giving up; he’s made big comebacks before. Just last year he was down 20 points to Kay Bailey Hutchison in the Texas Republican Governor’s primary. Perry came back to win that race 51% to 30%.
The question is, are voters in Iowa and South Carolina willing to give Rick Perry a second look?
