Alaska Libertarians Reject Murkowski

"I'm melting!"

One down.  One to go.

All of the pieces are in place to make Senator Lisa Murkowski of Alaska the Second Republican defeated this term due to excessive RINOsity.

The Alaska Libertarian Party says no.

The Alaska Libertarian Party will not swap its chosen nominee for Sen. Lisa Murkowski if she loses the GOP nomination.

“We have decided that we will not offer the nomination to Lisa Murkowski for the Senate seat, even if came to that, because of fundamental differences,” said Alaska Libertarian Party Chairman Scott Kohlhaas.

Earlier in the day, the NRSC fled Alaska with its tail between its legs, bowing to the will of the people rather than attempting to force the plans of the party.

And now with Stacy McCain on the case, it seems that Murkowski is going to learn the hard way that you don’t mess with the Mama Grizzly.

Without the NRSC lawyers and the backdoor Libertarian play, Murkowski is going to hope and pray that she actually has the votes.
