‘Phallic Obsession’ Caused Wall Street Meltdown

A serious discussion about the Affirmative Action clause tucked away in the Wall Street Reform Bill takes a sudden and bizarre left turn into male bashing sexism when two female on air personalities blame a certain part of the male anatomy for the Wall Street meltdown.

Morning Joe’s Mika Brzezinski and the Daily Beast’s Tina Brown both agree that the male penis caused the 2008 Wall Street meltdown.

Mika Brzezinski: “Don’t you think that the Wall Street meltdown just simply would not have happened had there been more women around?  I believe that.”

Tina Brown: “I really do.  I mean all this kind of phallic obsession with winning, I mean its, I just think women tend to look at it from a different point of view.”

Mika Brzezinski: “Exactly, yes, I am right about this Tina.”

First Shirley Sherrod puts whitey in his place and now the women of Morning Joe want castrate the entire male populace in order to prevent any future Wall Street downturns?

It is the ridiculousness of such blatantly sexist remarks that makes me glad that there are not more women in charge of Wall Street, or any street for that matter; at least when it comes to women like Mika Brzezinski and Tina Brown.
